Jon is a seasoned commercial real estate professional and founder of Oasis Investment Sales.


A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, Jon began his professional journey at J.P. Morgan before transitioning into investment sales. At a large national brokerage firm, he distinguished himself by closing hundreds of millions of dollars in self-storage transactions and earned several company-wide sales awards.


Driven by a desire to offer clients institutional-grade service with a more personal, relationship-focused approach, Jon launched Oasis Investment Sales. Under his leadership, the firm delivers tailored advisory services to both self-storage owners and investors.


Outside of work, Jon is an avid golfer, a loyal Buckeyes fan, and a lover of live music. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Samantha, who is also a valued member of the Oasis team, and his dog, Lilly.

Storm Smitherman

Self-Storage Advisor


Storm is a driven real estate professional with a strong foundation in financial analysis and investment strategy. Storm recently graduated from Miami University where he obtained a Double Major in Finance and Real Estate.


During his time at Strive Asset Management, Storm refined his skills in market research and financial modeling, furthering his ability to identify lucrative investment opportunities. His passion for real estate began early, with an internship at Brownie Points, Inc., where he first recognized the power of data-driven decision-making in strategic investments.


At Oasis Investment Sales, Storm aims to leverage his market insight to help clients navigate the complexities of self-storage investments. Whether assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, or advisory services, Storm brings energy, precision, and a results-oriented mindset to every transaction.

Keegan Kelly

Self-Storage Advisor


Keegan brings a background in corporate finance and FP&A, with experience in both the aftermarket automotive electronics industry and the beverage alcohol industry at one of the nation’s largest distributors. His experience analyzing financial performance, evaluating investments, and supporting strategic business decisions provides clients with thoughtful, data-driven guidance throughout the investment process.


At Oasis Investment Sales, Keegan specializes in advising self-storage owners and investors throughout the Midwest. By combining analytical expertise with a relationship-focused approach, he helps clients better understand market conditions, evaluate opportunities, and maximize the value of their investments. Whether preparing a complimentary Market Value Report, assisting with acquisitions or dispositions, or simply serving as a trusted resource, Keegan is committed to delivering exceptional service with integrity, transparency, and attention to detail.


Keegan believes successful transactions begin with strong relationships and a genuine understanding of each client’s long-term goals. He takes pride in providing honest, clear communication, and personalized solutions that help owners make confident, well-informed decisions.


Outside of work, Keegan enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin, and their three young children. An avid sports fan and golfer, he enjoys catching a game or getting out on the course whenever time allows.
